Frequently Asked Questions

It's always good to start with your current resume. This gives me a foundation to build upon. Typically, before the consultation call, I will review your resume and determine the best layout to highlight your experience. Once we have our consultation, I'll ask some specific question about your work, education, etc. to make sure I have a good understanding of you as a person. I will write the first draft and send it to you for feedback or changes. Once you agree to the direction, I will finish the resume and send you a final draft. 

My coaching philosophy is centered around the belief that each individual has the power to create their own success. I work with clients to help them identify their strengths and passions, and then develop a plan to achieve their goals. I believe in a collaborative approach, where the client and coach work together as partners to create positive change.

Once service is initiated, I will send an invoice for the agreed upon service(s). Because of the time invested in each client, we do require payment up front to ensure all clients get the same amount of dedication and time. Currently, we accept Venmo, Zelle, and cash (if local), for which QR codes are provided on the invoice. 

While I wouldn't claim to be an expert in every field out there, I do have a lot of personal experience in several major industries, and I am very skilled at doing targeted research to gain an understanding of the industry, roles, required skills, etc.
